The weather is looking amazing, with very little breeze so the water may well be mirror-like. Unfortunately, the water level in the boardwalk area is pretty high so anyone thinking of venturing into the paperbarks will need to be equipped with waders.
For others, you might like to consider a waterproof mat or plastic sheet to lie or sit on and position yourself close to the water.
Avoid wearing bright clothing and stick to subdued earthy tones or black
Meeting point is the Herdsman Wildlife Centre at 6am.
There is some limited parking (if the gates are open) at the wildlife centre, otherwise please park at the gate or consider parking on Honeyeater Circle and walking the last 100m.
