A dynamic image that expresses disorder, random movement, or intense visual energy. This can be achieved through, for example: 1. Conceptual Chaos: Capturing a scene of disorder. 2. Movement/Visual Blur: Using slow shutter speed, panning, or intentional camera movement (ICM).
